What is "Koloke" ?






Koloke is a kind of many delicious Chinese food. Koloke made from chicken meat which is formed in such a way as to be a piece of chicken meat that was relatively small, then coated by the flour, salt and other seasonings and the chicken meat fried until cooked and give pasta sauce or give another sauce as you want. And you can make koloke with variations as you want.



How To Make Koloke






Ingredients : 
  • 1 pairs of boneless chicken breast
  • 5 spoons of cornstrarch or strarch
  • Red paprika or large red chilli
  • Green paprika
  • Carrots
  • Pineapple
  • 3 spoons of ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • 1/2 pcs onion
  • Oil chicken
  • 3/4 glasses of broth
  • Cornstarch solvent
  • Salt, sugar, vinegar


Steps To Make Koloke





  1. Coat the chicken with salt and pepper as you want.
  2. Roll the chicken in cornstarch or starch.
  3. Fry the chicken until cooked.
  4. Put the chicken to a plate that has been provided.
  5. Saute the garlic and onions with oil chicken.
  6. Put some ketchup, tomato sauce, soy sauce, pineapple water, and broth. 
  7. Bring into boiled.
  8. Put the cornstarch solvent.
  9. Stir until thickened.
  10. Put the paprika.
  11. Cook until half cooked.
  12. Put the sugar, salt, and vinegar into the taste balanced between sour and sweet.
  13. Put the sauted garlic, koloke sauce, and fried chicken to a plate that has been provided.
  14. Add some rice if you need.
  15. Now, Koloke Rice is ready to serve.

      But, if you want to eat Koloke, you can buy at restaurant :p
